工作地点：上海 职位类型：全职 我们是一家新成立总部设在上海复旦大学科技园的公司，专注于开发全新的高性能数据存储控制芯片和系统。我们的核心团队主要由几位从硅谷回来的博士和在行业内经验丰富的人组成。公司拥有雄厚风险投资支持。现在公司发展迅速，诚招有能力有激情的年轻人加入我们的创业团队，和我们一同成长。 Position: Principle Windows Driver Engineer/Architect Responsibilities: The responsibilities include developing Windows (Windows server, various flavors) device drivers for based flash storage systems. It includes responsibility of complete device driver product cycle from initial requirements, bring-up and design through release, and maintenance of the software stack. The candidate is expected to interface HW team to understand capabilities and efficiently utilize them using development of driver software. The candidate will develop and promote best Windows kernel and driver development practices, strive for performance improvements and embed hooks for online and offline troubleshooting. Qualifications: l Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related fields with minimum 2-3 years experience l Exceptional skill in C programming and embedded systems concept l Strong understanding of Windows Kernel internals and programming techniques l Strong experience in multi-process and multi-threaded environments l Hands-on experience in Windows device driver development, Block and PCI based driver development l Ability to work independently, efficiently with minimal supervision l Ability to debug and troubleshoot independently l Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deliver high quality work Plus: l Familiarity with Intel(x86) architecture and server architectures l Familiarity with Windows device driver qualification process l Experience with hypervisors like ESXi, HyperV or Xen technologies and driver development using them l Experience in flash based storage development l Good oral and written communications skills 职位名称: Windows 驱动架构师 工作职责:
