Job Description & Mainresponsibilities (Outline)
Design,build, test, and debug Windows Mobile BSP (Board Support Package) for mobilecomputer products. Provide tier III level support for field issues. 1. Designand coding of Windows Mobile operating system. o Device driver development and integration intoWindows Mobile BSP. o Perform system level tuning/balancing andresource management for Windows Mobile BSP. o Coding of system functions (Bootloader, IPL,etc) in C/C++ and Assembly. 2. Test anddebug of Windows Mobile BSP. o Design, develop, and execute BSP stress/reliabilityapplications. o Design and execute device driverstress/reliability tests. o Execute BSP test plan and document results;including Design Validation Testing (DVT) and Engineering Validation Testing(EVT). o Design, document, and implement corrective action(i.e. bug fix) for assigned issues. 3. Triagecustomer level III customer issues. o Develop reliable reproduction process for fieldissues. o Work with PSO (level) team to communicatecorrective action plan. o Assist with bug identification and correctiveaction plan. 4. Executeformal Logo Test Kit (LTK) testing of Windows Mobile BSP. o Execute intermediate and formal LTK testing. o Document and track LTK MTTF testing onintermediate builds and regression testing. o Develop and submit formal LTK documentation forLogo Certification.
