s3c2440 and nand K9G8G08 (Navigation Gps Magellan)

Hello
I have navigation gps Magellan Roadmate 2000 with s3c2440a and tried unlock windows ce and crash boot, now i have big problem, not working Device. I have jtag and program sjf2440 version 0.1 processor detected! only not programing nand K9G8G08 (i have this one). Program show unknow nand id (id=0xecd3).
Somebody help me?

I have next problem, writed u2440mon.bin and not working usb port in navigation. Why?

Yes, I Downloaded and Can't Write only read nand. because every block program show me This block is mared bad block.

Please help me!!!
