1、嵌入式Audio软件工程师 2人
职责：
1、嵌入式Audio系统开发；
2、参考项目中音频相关模块的开发和支持；
3、负责嵌入式音频系统的架构及平台设计；
4、音频芯片驱动及抽象层设计；
5、第三方音频芯片的预研和驱动开发，如EXT DAC, EXT MP3 Chip, EXT Bluetooth Chip等。
要求：
1、精通C语言，熟悉RTOS；
2、熟悉DSP开发流程，语音处理；了解语音压缩，回音处理等算法；
3、熟悉音频处理及相关外围芯片的驱动开发，本科三年以上（硕士两年以上）的音频相关开发经验；
4、两年以上嵌入式multi-task编程经验,及Audio/Voice相关开发经验；
5、对硬件知识有一定的了解，可以参与音频相关硬件设计的讨论。

2、Android Driver 开发工程师 6人
职位描述：
1、CET-6或以上英语能力；
2、计算机或通信专业本科或以上学历；
3、两年以上的嵌入式软件开发经验，有ARM或Java平台的开发经验者优先；
4、精通嵌入式实时多任务/线程编程、丰富的嵌入式开发及调试经验
5、熟悉C语言、熟悉linux操作系统或Android、熟悉软件工程及开发流程；
6、有很好的团队合作精神和自学能力

3、WinCE/WinMob RIL 驱动开发工程师 2人
1、CET-6或以上英语能力；
2、计算机或通信专业硕士或以上学历；
3、两年以上的嵌入式软件开发经验，精通嵌入式实时多任务/线程编程、丰富的嵌入式开发及调试经验；
4、熟悉C语言、熟悉wince或windows Mobile、熟悉软件工程及开发流程；
5、有很好的团队合作精神和自学能力

4、DSP Audio Engineer 1人
Responsibilities:
1、Take responsibility on all audio parameter tuning issue of HZ reference phone.
2、Develop speech/audio signal processing algorithms using floating/fixed-point \'C\'.
3、Implement, integrate and test real-time, fixed-point speech/audio digital signal processing algorithmic software executing on fixed-point DSP core embedded within application specific integrated circuits and standard products.
Requirement:
1、BS degree or above is required. Major on EE is preferred.
2、Minimum 1 years of experience in fixed-point algorithm design, simulation, implementation, and testing of speech/audio signal processing algorithms.
3、Familiarity with real-time debugging tools, ICE, \'C\', and fixed-point DSP ASM languages.
4、Familiarity with DSP simulation tools.
5、Knowledge of speech, audio and acoustic standards is preferred.
6、Experience with vocoder fixed-point DSP implementation is preferred.
7、Experience with acoustic echo chancellor, acoustic noise suppressor and adaptive volume control algorithm development and fixed-point DSP implementation is preferred.

5、RF Driver Engineer 1人
Responsibilities:
1. RF chipset driver software design, coding, and maintenance, based on VIA TELECOM CDMA2000 baseband processor
2. Work with foreign engineers in CDMA2000 mobile reference design projects;
3. Work with I&T or other groups to solve problems found in CDG test or field test.
Requirements:
1. BS in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science,
2. Understanding basic knowledge about high frequency radio,
3. Good C language programming Skills
4. Experience with embedded real-time software coding.
5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
6. Self-motivated and good teamwork skills.

WinCE Driver
1、CET-6或以上英语能力；
2、计算机或通信专业本科或以上学历；
3、两年以上的嵌入式软件开发经验，精通嵌入式实时多任务/线程编程、丰富的嵌入式开发及调试经验；
4、熟悉C语言、熟悉wince或windows Mobile、熟悉软件工程及开发流程；
5、有很好的团队合作精神和自学能力

资深Windows驱动软件工程师
职责:
1)    为公司的产品设备设计和开发Windows 2000/XP/Vista 的USB/PCI驱动
2)    开发各类虚拟设备驱动
3)    开发驱动安装包
4)    编写软件需求和设计文档
5)    为其他部门或者客户提供PC驱动的技术支持
要求:
1)    熟悉Windows操作系统内核结构
2)    熟悉基于WDM/WDF结构的Windows驱动开发和调试, 有至少一个驱动的完整开发经验
3)    熟悉Windows DDK/WDK及微软驱动实例
4)    具有团队合作竞争, 善于交流, 谦虚谨慎.
5)    能自我激励, 具有创造性的分析问题能力
6)    计算机或通讯相关专业本科或硕士学历
优先考虑:
1)    熟悉USB 相关协议, 熟悉CDC 1.1协议, 或熟悉Mux协议
2)    熟练使用WinDbg, SoftICE等驱动调试工具
3)    有Modem, 串口, 磁盘等开发经验

这点薪水和杭州的房价比起来，好像。。。
