编译含有ntddndis.h头文件出错,请高手指教

开始编译工程出现
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'ntddndis.h': No such file or directory
后来在tools -> options -> directories -> include files把路径加上去  
编译还是出错,提示:
Cannot compile the file `C:\WINDDK\3790.1830\inc\went\ntddndis.h`; no compile tool is associated with the file extension.
请问如何解决这个问题呢?
