DOS下网卡驱动的绑定问题(20分)

我写了一个DOS下的网卡驱动程序，和msclient3.0一起安装了，DOS启动时，我的网卡驱动被加载了（初始化的信息显示出了，用mem /a/d/p也可以看到我的驱动），可是接下来会出错，屏幕上显示的信息如下：

请问问题会出在哪儿啊？我用softice看了一下，CommonCharacteristics，MACServerCharacteristics,MACServerStatus,MACUpperDispatch和其它接口函数的地址都是正确的，问题出在哪儿啊？20分以表感谢。
