请教在WinMe下安装DriverStudio的问题

我在WinMe下安装 NuMega.DriverStudio.v2.5，我只安装VtoolsD是可以的，若安装DriverWorks则提示：
Microsoft has changed the boot process for Windows Millennium with a system level debugger.To use a system debugger you must first ran a special utility dbgisnst.exe that is included with Millennium DDK(use the standard debugger install).
Note:Don\'t reboot after running dbginst.exe

请问如何才能在WinMe下顺利安装DriverWorks？
