DDK关于兼xp系统和2k系统的问题

 Note:    There are a number of functions exported in ntoskrnl.lib in Windows XP that were not in Windows 2000. When building binaries compatible for both Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems, one option is if the functionality is expected in another .lib (i.e. libcntpr.lib), list it in the lib path prior to ntoskrnl.lib.
