芬兰公司，业务无线通信领域。北京研发中心现在扩展业务，招聘若干做手机底层和中间层软件开发的技术人才。

两个职位不限于某种开发平台，涉及到的有Symbian, Android, Windows Phone，任何一种手机平台，都可以考虑。

1. Mobile Phone Low-level SW Developer (C)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for several low-level SW developers who will work for mobile product programs in the areas of analysis, design, implementation, and validation of SW features. You will have the chance to join our great teams to develop mainstream feature phones and smart phones

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Tele-communication or equivalent
At least 2 years of low-level development experience with embedded SW in mobile industry using C-language
Having good knowledge in basics like data structure, operating system
Expertise in one or more below competence area(s) is a big plus: Baseporting, peripheral drivers, Telephony, Connectivity (USB/BT/WLAN etc.), System level performance, power management, memory leak and memory management
Expertise in trace, analyze and resolve cross-function SW issues is a big plus
Familiar with debug facilities, e.g., Lauterbach or similar
Familiar with version control tools, e.g., Synergy CM, SVN or similar
Have a clear sense of SW development process and quality, understand agile/Scrum practices
Experience in working with team located in multiple sites

本公司现招聘底层软件开发人员若干，主要工作任务是对产品或项目进行分析、设计、实现、纠错、以及验证。这些产品和项目均和世界顶级产品制造商或解决方案提供商合作，主要针对主流功能手机（非智能机）以及智能手机的开发

技术要求:

计算机科学、电子及通信工程专业本科及以上学历
有近期且两年以上的使用C语言进行嵌入式软件底层开发工作的经验，C语言编程技能是这个职位的必备技能，面试时将会被重点评测
理解操作系统的核心功能，例如内存管理，进程间通信，时钟，寄存器以及中断
熟悉版本控制工具，如Synergy, SVN或类似的工具
熟悉软件开发及质量控制流程，了解敏捷开发模式
有良好的英语阅读及写作能力
在以下方面有实践经验者将被优先考虑：
     o  系统移植、外设驱动、Telephony、连通性（如USB、蓝牙以及WLAN）、系统性能调优、电源管理、内存泄漏与管理
     o  跟踪、分析及解决系统软件问题
     o  熟悉硬件调试设备，如Lauterbach或其他类似工具


2. Mobile Phone UI & Middleware SW Developer (C++)

M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Tele-communication or equivalent
At least 2 years of middleware and/or UI application development experience with embedded SW in mobile industry using C++ language (JAVA language know-how is a plus)
Understand UI coding practices, including an understanding of end-user behavior and UI specifications
Good thinking of Object-Oriented and design pattern, familiar with OOD, OOA and UML
Expertise in one or more below competence area(s) is a big plus: engines, Telephony adapter, Multimedia (Audio/Video server and player) , Production line tools, Customization, Localization, Browser
Experience on Android or Windows Phone development is a big plus
Familiar with version control tools, e.g., Synergy CM, SVN or similar
Have a clear sense of SW development process and quality, understand agile/Scrum practices
Good command of written and oral English
Experience in working with team located in multiple sites

熟悉软件开发及质量控制流程，了解敏捷开发模式
有良好的英语阅读及写作能力
在以下方面有实践经验者将被优先考虑：
电话模块适配组件、多媒体（特别是流媒体播放，编解码）、浏览器技术（Webkit）、本地化以及数据库技术（SQL Lite）
在Android 或 Windows Phone 7开发方面有实践经验
有开发触控屏UI架构，优化UI性能以及对用户体验的深入理解
