我是第一次接触pci,请教一个概念问题
看pci 2.2的书时被一个概念弄糊涂了：
cpu 通过bridge与local bus上的target传输数据。 这样是不是说bridge 是master,板卡是target?? 可是有的地方看着看着又要理解成板卡上有一个master状态机一个target状态机在跑， 我晕哪，请大虾赐教！ master&target是个什么概念呢？？ |

a device can initiate a transaction as a master.
also it can be addressed by other devices and then it will act as a slave device. in other word, a device can act as a master as well as a slave in a transaction. of course, it depends on the hardware designers. |
