请教各位高手一点问题！！

本人是初学者，最近在学校做课题选了：
Low power 16 bits Processeur
 
Design a 16 bits processor with low power consumption.
 
a)      Propose an basic architecture derived from Infinity processor.
b)      Implement and test on Altera board
c)      Add more complexity
d)      Estimate the power consumption for a specific algorithm
e)      Build a board to measure this power
