请教计算cpu使用率的问题，跪谢

各位大神好：
     初学snmp，请大家指教，情况是这样的：我监控的设备cpu是双核四线程的，我利用snmputil工具 通过oid（.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2）得到4个值，如下，请问我应该如何计算cpu的使用率？谢谢大家了！
