分区加密的文档，如果应用程序从文档的中间取一部分数据，怎么准确的从中解密？？

Still not clear enough. For example, 3DES, AES, Blowfish, ect are block ciphers. They can be used in quite different ways when applied with cypher mode of operation such as CBC, ECB, CTR. And how are you going to apply these cipher protocols to file encryption?
