请教，基于qspan II的PCI驱动开发

Hi all,
I am considering a design that puts a Motorola MC68360 (or possibly an 040)
on a PCI card. I just recently heard of the Qspan IC from Tundra
(Newbridge
Microsystems). Is there anyone who has had experience - good or bad -
using
this device?
Q1:

qspan II SDK 本身提供了pci桥的驱动程序，可否这样认为，新的驱动可以在其基础上开发，即封装了低层驱动的驱动程序？

如果上面的答案是肯定的话，那么是否可以不用开发驱动了，使用动态库来进行封装？

如果以上的答案是否定的，那么如何对基于qspan pci桥连接的板卡进行wdm驱动程序的开发？与其他pci桥有区别吗？
