there is an instruction, i copy here
(i don't know how to copy the pictures.)

How to use: step by step
01 ) get your PCI device's VdendorId, DeviceId, SubsystemId, SubsystemVendorId;
(a PCITool is vavailable from win2k DDK to get all these data as picture below:)

02 ) Run HPCIGen.exe and fill in the IDs;

03 ) The project folder is generated:driver + demo project

04)Install this driver for your PCI card with Hardware install wizard.

05) Run the VC project and just build and run without any modification. Now you can read/write your PCI card.

06) Select a space, enter the offset, click on Read: you got the value!

07) From here, you can modify the source code to do what ever you like in user mode programming.
