为什么我安装驱动，系统声称找不到硬件？

我在XP下写了一个PCI卡驱动，自己写了一个INF，但安装驱动之后系统却说没有找到相应的硬件。这可能是什么原因呢？

先在注册表内建一个类

这是我的INF系统说找不到相应的段，我的INF有问题吗？
支持PNP的驱动只有先安装再调试吗？
