wifi卡在使用过程中出现“A DHCP Server could not be contacted“

wifi卡在使用过程中，如果经常对无线AP掉电上电的话，wince很容以出现“A DHCP Server could not be contacted.Using cached lease information.”
这是什么原因，如何解决？
