求助RNDIS连接问题

CE500下，USBFN下有3中设备，我选了RNDIS设备，可是系统起来后，要求装驱动，我修改*inf文件如下：

安装后显示设备无法启动（代码10），各位大虾有做过RNDIS的吗？请问这是怎么回事？

RNDIS是什么啊？

安装微软给的驱动就可以了。我们就是这样做的，工作正常。
