Flash驱动问题

Flash由28F128J3变为S29GL128P
没有nand flash 具体要改哪些地方呀？
谢谢。。
仅仅是换flash的话可能只需要简单调节物理层的参数，甚至只需要调节一共有多少block，一个block多少page之类的参数就可以了。
这些物理层参数从哪里能看到呀？操作手册上我好像找不到。
请高手指点。
