在微软的新闻组里有个新加坡人发了个帖子，跟你说的问题类似，他留下了邮件地址（yapky@scinetic.com）说是有兴趣的人可以和他讨论，从他的帖子看，系统提供的91c111的驱动可能有问题，原贴的内容如下：

Using a CF LAN form eabletec (ne2000 compatible) and based on SANDGATE platform. no modificatins were required. 直接给sms写信，问问他们有没有写ce下的驱动，好像记得他们有x86的，你可以要过来参照着修改... 我比较笨的
