求教：为何安并口驱动程序sdgo5xx32.dll时出错？

重装系统后，安装sdgo5xx32.dll时总是出现这样的错误:
The device driver cannot be loaded.
Please check whether a valid DLL file exists for this device,and that all necessary helper files are present.
而以前却可以成功安装此程序。
