hex500怎么用不了啊？

想生成boot表，out文件已经调试正确且编译时已经用-v548开关生成release版本，在用hex500（3.7版本）把可执行文件.out转换成十六进制时出问题？
书上说有两种调用hex500的方法，但我用从命令行和从命令文件两种方法都调用不成功！
怎么回事啊？用过的大大虾们帮帮忙啊！
例如从命令行：
C:\>e:\my_boot_table\hex500
TMS320C54x COFF/Hex Converter     Version

用cdm命令文件也是说打不开cdm文件！哪位大虾知道的救救命啦！cdm内容如下：
my_program.out /* input file */
-o my_program.hex /* output file */
-i /* Intel format */
-memwidth 16 /* 16-bit memory */
-romwidth 16 /* outfile is words */
-boot
-bootorg PARALLEL /* external memory boot */
-bootorg 0x8000
-e 0x2000
直接点击运行hex500，则产生my_program.x00和my_program.x01两个文件！
