请教VxWorks启动问题

VxWorks for x86：
主机是windows NT系统；
制作了启动引导软盘，软盘启动目标机时，显示VxLd1.2……………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
然后就没有反应了，蓝屏或者自动重启了。
打开target server配置后，launch时出现报错窗口：
there was a problem sending licensing information over your network.
cause:the program \"ckserve\" isn\'t running on the server or your computer.
suggestion: in order to run this program over a network,ckserve must be running on the network server.
 if your are running windows NT. Ckserve must be running on the server or your computer  even if you don\'t wish to share licensec over a network. reinstalling this program should install the ckserve program.
请问ckserve是什么？我对NT系统不熟悉。
是主机操作系统的问题，还是什么别的原因？
