Problem Description
If power failures happen during a write to a TFFS volume this condition can cause problems with the TFFS volume.  Virtual sectors within the TFFS volume can become permanently unusable and require a low-level format to the volume.  The TFFS volume can become unmountable.  The TFFS volume can become corrupt.

Problem Solution
The shipped version of TFFS is NOT fault tolerant.  Get patch for ftllite.c located in SPR 34244
