I have some advice for forum like this one.

Be careful of possible legal problems when those blacklisted companies try to take legal actions, accusing any comments they would regard libel.

This would destroy this execellent website community for hard-core programmers.

The worst scenario is the operator of this website might be sued and sued.

To preserve this website, I think the management of this website should pay attention to this issue and do sufficient precautionary measures to safeguard this website!

最好别让这些公司的法律顾问看到这个栏目！不知本论坛有没有法律顾问？
很多数跳槽的人都会对原公司多少有些不满，被炒的人更是如此，而这当中并不完全是公司方面的问题，也有自己的问题。但是来这里说的人只会说公司不好，或者说发泄一下不满，不可能谈自己的问题，因而言论片面性是不可避免的，这对被列入黑名单的公司来说是不公正的，这倒是小事，如果别人起诉就麻烦了，这也是正常的，想一下这黑名单对这些公司意味着什么？
建议最好咨询一下法律顾问，这个黑名单是否有问题。

只要说的都是真实情况，他起诉个鸟啊？起诉了就让他查查看，砸死他们！！
