plx9054新手请教

刚开始学习pci，用的是plx9054,正在看data sheet
最近遇见一些问题，望高手不吝赐教：
The Range register and the Local Base Address specifies the
Local Address bits to use for decoding a Local-to-PCI access(Pci Initiator).
在上面这个句子中Local Address bits 是如何由Range register和Local base Address来
specifies的？有公式吗？

The range of memory or I/O space must be a power of 2 and the
Range register value must be the inverse of the Range value.


In addition,the Local Base Address must bu a multiple of the
range value
Local Base address怎么是range value的倍数呢？是不是反了？

我怎么觉得应该是range value 是local base address的倍数？tom能详细说明点么？谢谢了！！！

that say the range value is: 0x1000
then the local base address should be:0xXXXXX000
0xXXXXX000 是 0x1000 的倍数.
