请高手指点

 我在安装一个驱动，这个程序时Windows自带的，我用的是DDK2003里面的一个D:\WINDDK\3790.1830\src\wdm\avstream\avshws这个例子，下面的安装步骤是微软网站上面的，我按照这个步骤来安装的时候，但始终安装不上。当我选择AVSHws.inf的时候，点击确定按键，下一步的按钮不弹起来，无法进行下一步安装，并且在型号的提示框里面什么都没有！
这个是Windows的程序，也是按照提示来安装的，我搞了很久，都没有装上，求高人指点啊！！程序也在附件里面

Installation
General
To install the sample, do the following:
In Control pane, open the Add Hardware item.
Select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced).
When you see What type of hardware do you want to install, select Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
Select Have Disk.
Browse to AVSHwS.inf.
Browse to AVSHwS.sys when requested
