设备不在位如何安装驱动？

USB设备没有插入的情况下，到底能不能安装驱动？ 哪有个例子或者提供个思路也行啊

   1.   Double-click the add Hardware  wizard in Control Panel.
   2. Click next.
   3. Select 'Yes, I have already connected the hardware'.
   4. Select add a new hardware device from the list and then click Next.
   5. Select install the hardware that I manually select from a list(Advanced).
   6. Select system Devices and then click Next.
   7. Click have Disk  and point to the directory that has the bus INF file, and choose the appropriate INF.
