中断不能产生，usb超时

我的usb在正常传输数据时突然超时，查看寄存器发现：
1.status: 00000001（USBINT位没有复位），查看中断次数不再增加；
2.test_td[2].buffer: 00000000（这个寄存器地址为00000000有没有问题）。

请问哪位大侠了解，请指点一下，为这个问题头都大了，非常感谢！
