OSR online 最近怎么不能发表文章或者回复

我已经注册了osr online的帐号，我上Threads in List: ntdev时
提示我

You may post replies                                    可以回复
You may not post attachments                   不能带附件

可是当我发一文章时 提示服务器已经接收提交 让我等几分钟，叫我不要重复提

就是等了半天也没看到贴子提上去，回复时也一样

同一时间段 我看到了有别的人正常提交，还有台湾的 不会是osr online 对中国的IP屏蔽了吧？
