Please Help me on <CY7C63xxx .VS. D12+8051>

CY7C63xxx is one-chip,this is the best feature.
D12+8051 may be more common becasue of 8051.
But are there more complex to use D12+8051 than CY7C63xxx?

In my project --a smart project:implement a USB device which can control Light/Fun.. by PC(Linux) software,
So I doNOT need a powerful Chip.

I'm a new guy on this subject.

My question are followed:
1.Which recorder can programming CY7C63xxx?
2.How much complex will added if using D12+8051?
3.How much are they?(include hardware && software)

第一个问题.河洛的ALL-11以后的烧录器就可以!
第二个问题:我没有做过D12+8051 ,不过我认为CYPRESS不难!
第三个问题:就$0.6左右.仿真器的话就几百$!
