wince6.0挂不上binfs文件系统

硬件环境：ARM9 + NANDFLASH

描述：
我在binfs文件系统里只放些wav,bmp之类的文件，下载xip.bin并写到NAND FLASH，分区可以mount上。
但是如果把一些系统的dll放进去就挂不上了，debug的信息是：

在上面的信息之前是ROMHDR信息和BINFS分区里的文件列表，这些都没有问题。

有没有哪位碰到过类似的问题，大家讨论讨论。
