我只查到缩写是 CIC,谁知道全称啊
急！！！！

好象是China Communication Institute，对不对？

应该是ＣＣＩ，而不是ＣＩＣ，我说的对么？

啊！现在和尚也会外语啦

难道是从美国来的和尚？？？？

也有可能是从英国来的

也有可能是
  China Institute of Communication
我也搞不清了 :(

为什么不能是 Communication  Institute of China 呢？？
