S5933 PCI

My PCI card consists of a S5933 and NVRAM.After supplied with power,the contents in the NVRAM can't be transfered into S5933.  Why?Do you know?

Do  you want  to use NVRAM to implement the PCI configuration of the S5933? Why not use EEPROM?
