Would your suggestion be good or in the interest of the employee in the long run?

Another question following from your suggestion is:

Do you think the employees following your suggestions would likely become an employer, i.e. with sufficient money or ability to become an employer?

Of course, I am not talking about those having good fortunes such as a lot of family assets, good connections, good fathers in the top ranks of governments, or through bribery or corruption. What I mean is those hard-working and conscientious programmers.

Please don\'t mis-understand

I am not speaking on behalf of employers.

Following from the belief of lxcomcn that everybody wants to become employer, then spend more time on how you could better achieve your ambition.

I am also not advising you not to come to this irrigation zone. I know being a programmer would experience a lot of pressure and stress and coming here could help ease yourself.

Making friends and sharing feelings and experience are good. But for everything, there is a limit. I hope you would understand and agree with me.

I mis-spell znsoft\'s title. I apologize!

What I meant is to put this thread of discussion at the top of this irrigation zone so that it reminds us all to work hard and better use our time after releasing ourselves here, of course there should be a limit.

Also every employee should have a read of the article I refer. Try to be a good employee. And only a good employee can be a good employer ultimately.

What I want to stress and what impresses is the last few sentences - the conclusion - of the article as follows:
