冲突？softIce和WndTabs有冲突，请教高手如何解决？

我安装完WndTabs后，运行VC编译，但每次都会崩溃，但是卸载WndTabs后就没有问题，我去WndTabs的论坛看了看，得到如下结果:

A.  You probably have NuMega DriverStudio installed. NuMega is aware of this problem, but don\'t seem eager enough to fix it (not were they willing to send me a copy so I could try to work around the problem). So, if you are a registered user of DriverStudio, please email and let them know that you want this problem fixed!

请问各位高手具体怎么解决？
