data transfer

between 16bit and 32bit ,how to do it if i need transfer the datas in the 16bit application to 32bit?
for example ,i use extended int 13  ah=48h interrupt to get the physical disk info ,and compile the program useing 16bit compiler,how to use the info in the 32bit program?
