[提问]softice与vmware的兼容性问题

我的机器配置为：
P4 2.4G ，FX5200，BENQ LCD

软件版本：
winXP, driverstudio 2.7, vmware 4.5.2

问题：
1.当我在本机启用softice后，softice使用正常，但vmware不能启动虚拟机。

vmware报错为：

*** VMware Workstation internal monitor error ***

2.在win2k下，问题依然存在。

3. 换用driverstudio3.1，启用softice后，softice不能截获异常(2.7可以），但vmware又可以启动虚拟机了。

这个问题我也遇到过，vmware不能启动。换了softice 4.05 for 2000后，一运行vmware就立刻无提示自动重新启动机器。有谁知道问题所在,另外谁知道在系统引导过程中调出Softice花屏是怎么回事？是不是显卡不被softice 支持？
