USB Storage Exception.

I ref by UMSS Sample.

1.When I re-plug the device,the UMSSPDR may show BSoD(IOS_SendCommand),
Then the volume can\'t mount again.
Hot to handle it??

2.When I play stream media on device, and remove the device as soon,sometimes may effect the monitor full of black color(need refresh the desktop....).
Hot to handle it??
