Device Manager - like in Windows ME.

I code the Device Manager - like.
It is a application.
In XP,2K,SE,98 it work correctlly.
But I can\'t enable/disable the device well in Windows ME. >.<

The \"Disable\" option of the specify device is checked by my application in System->Device Manager(Control Panel).

But it\'s status is \"Enable\"!!!!!!!!!

Anyone knows the related KnowledgeBase in Windows ME?
