Icon for device driver

1) insert icon into the driver project as resouce, that say the driver file is myDriver.sys;
2) add following into the .inf file;

AddReg = AddIconWin98

[AddIconWin98]
HKR,,,,"my device name"
HKR,,EnumpropPages,,"..\system32\Drivers\myDriver.sys"
HKR,,Icon,,"0"


;win2000 section...........................
[ClassInstall32]
AddReg=AddIconWin2k

[AddIconWin2k]
HKR,,EnumpropPages,,"..\Drivers\myDriver.sys"
HKR,,Icon,,"0"

3)use device manager to update/reload the driver;
then you will see your new icon.
