WDM: How to Read/Write PCI Config Space?

Help!
how can i Read/Write Pci config space at Dispatch Level of win98?

with someone's help on this forum, i am able to do Pci Config space Read/Write operation at PASSIVE_LEVEL.

i am now need to do it at DISPATCH_LEVEL.
according to some document, i have to get
BUS_INTERFACE_STANDARD first at PASSIVE_LEVEL, then i can use it at DISPATCH_LEVEL
i have try to make it work and it is working fine in Win2k but not in win98.

In Win98 i can't get BUS_INTERFACE_STANDARD at the first place.

help! pls.
