How can I get the MAX speed rate from net adapter

Hi,

   I want to get net adapter\'s max link speed not current

link speed, but use OID_GEN_LINK_SPEED option to retrive

link speed is still  current link speed. the value will

be changed by attaching different wires to net adatper.

Following from DDK help for OID_GEN_LINK_SPEED option.



OID_GEN_LINK_SPEED
The OID_GEN_LINK_SPEED OID specifies the maximum speed of the NIC in kbps. The unit of measurement is 100 bps, so a value of 100,000 represents a hardware bit rate of 10 Mbps.
